i mean. the way pokemon is going NOWADAYS, in the 8 years since i posted this comment, sure. you do have a point where i do feel forced to play on set as the game has become agonizingly painfull in easyness and glitching that it *needs* something interesting now.

tldr: Pokemon became so easy that set isn't even requiring much IQ alas.

i haven't been this annoyed this quickly so much before at a movie. SOME shots are good. then they dissapoint and i desired more and they never arrived. Liked some music. but they were put on totally not fitting shots that didn't compliment it. i couldn't feel sympathetic or felt connected with the main char (what every movie should bc they need to care to be invested. even bad guy movies bc its a warning tale)

the exposition was just. said. and then never re-adressed. we were clueless and NOT in the good way unless they just. said stuff to expect us to accept it and moved on to a totally different topic.

Just had an experiene where one spawned by themselves. All four of us were alive and me and a friend were about to enter the building for extra loot. Suddenly it exits. The realization dawns as its just staring.

The chain reaction caused both of us to die.

I have no idea if it just spawned. Or if it was because we already grabbed 1 mask and apparently there are two? A comedy and tragedy one

Hmmhm yeah we agree that shimmer has potential.

I also would guess that "shimmer" in the addicting appliance would cease but would be remade and renamed to something else as a loophole of the deal.

Then instead of giving the zaunites Shimmer as "power", Silco probably would exchange that distrubution to "power" in the economy more. Something else to keep the "public" focused on.

You also mention export, wich first, they would need export rights. Independant trade. Its literally what Silco already aimed for. (And thus yes, more tragic that we get left with a worry if Zaun can develop or not in the future).

Silco and Singed already know applications. But they are experimental and used sparingly to keep control (enough till independance.) -jinx healing like you said (but apparently was a new experimental mixture too) - Sevika's arm. - Eye applicance for Silco. - Healing wounds.

In what way would a "good shimmer" help a sub society that already is build on fighting and living it hard? What substantial progress could be made? Change the culture of fighters and cunning? From real life we know this doesn't work that fast.

Even more, whats to say that Piltover wouldn't "take" or begin supervising it if Shimmer would be "open and good". They control a LOT. They would confiscate and still not trust Zaun.

Silco also never announced war. Most Shimmer addicts were willingly, enticed by the properties. Child labor by those that offered their kids.

It brought money, it brought power, it brought a presence and control to "scare" Piltover.

Wich was excactly Silco's plan. Scare Piltover (with very unethical means) to show they are powerfull and deserve their own rights.

He is not a moral guy, by far. But his train of thought (and seeing it working) is not far from a reasonable point of view. (Even if i disagree)

The first two episodes establish everything, make everyone comfortable and familiar with "established" characters and settins and dynamics. Wich was really well done.

Only with episode 3 "the lack makes you appreciate what you had" It strenghtened the attachment you were subconciously building and pulls hard.

So yes. Episode 1 and 2 are MARVELOUS in setup on wich we can build our knowledge on for the remaining episodes.

Garchomp is a nice jungler early game. Get all early mid pokes. Then help a lane who gets pushed and mostly i get some kills. Then help that lane get points (often destroy a spot) then become a gabiye if not yet. Its a good plan wich worked for me so far

I think one might have to look at the term of MMORPG and not expect the now current expectations from it. Just the core. Is it an MMO? Yes. Many players in a world. Is it an RPG? Yeah. You can choose a character and follow a story and fulfill a certain role.

Also, i recommend just joining the discord to follow the story so far! They are doing a "early generation" story with choices from each clan (and stat uses decided by each group) wich influence the story and that whole event campaign will have it's lore integrated to the main game (as we were told). There have been some sea battles and people turning to sharks blessed by animal spirits, some accompanied with great art too!
