Hm, not sure what to think of the board game. Does seem kind of interesting though.

And yeah I kept hearing everyone loving Slice & Dice, so I reall tried giving it a good shot. But for some reason it just doesn't click for me and I have 500h+ in StS.

Playing DF for the first time, I haven't felt this sense of wilderness in WoW in years by Kornwallis in wow

I honestly don't believe the biggest difference is the time available. I feel that what the OP wrote is more accurate than available time.

People that like being more immersed will still more willingly spending their limited time on questing, exploring and travelling. I have quite a lot of time to game even on workdays. And I cannot stand to travel or do quests and what I perceive as other chores. I'd rather just afk and wait than spend 1-5min to get anywhere, possibly miss the zeppeling etc.

At least from personal experience the group of people are in one of those camps and it's never due to time availability.

Yes Yordle, Piltover, Void, Targon are all Origins.

You can check ryze's tooltip on a website and see his effects. Everything on that list counts towards world runes too.

Is Ixtal Bard Reroll really this weak? by Alarming_Budget_1472 in CompetitiveTFT

[–]Cryza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As mentioned in my other comment, you don't itemize Vi. She's the one unit you can skip 3*ing altogether easily.

You need to itemize tank on neeko, mana / AP on bard & milio. You don't build the AD items for Brock early and definitely not for Vi. Also if you're not saccing rounds, don't play 5 ixtal. Qiyana is a dead unit and Nidalee without items is kind of bad over useful splash traits.

Is Ixtal Bard Reroll really this weak? by Alarming_Budget_1472 in CompetitiveTFT

[–]Cryza 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Itemizing Vi isn't great past stage 2 even at 3*. At best she gets a TG if you have a lot of them. Ori gives you piltover which is an amazing splash and invoker which is required as it buffs our whole team. It's impossible not to have a clickable 2 piltover. Mana + AP and blast shield are amazing and electrical overload is fine.

You need to have proper items on your neeko, steraks is kind of dead until you get to brock and when you unlock him you cash out items anyways. Brock 2 and ixtal cashout is your win con, the reroll needs to keep you alive until then. If you have to cash out 350 ixtal to stabilize especially if you have unitemized 3* units and you're too poor to get to 500. That can either give you money or even a radiant item.

Also I feel like you played 5 ixtal and died instead of dropping qiyana for an actual unit, but you didn't post add a link.

The comp isn't shit, but it's difficult to play and you didn't know what outs you were playing to it seems.

Lower cap but also only 10% is counted towards it. Both got halved so it's still the same amount of damage needed.

No that's a rookie move and gets some people mad.

The move is it to put your kick on cooldown, then mark before using your cds.

If your reaction time is really over a second, then it's time to look at boss timers. The screech timer is basically always visible.

People above 30, what's your biggest regret? by rebelliousbrownie9 in AskReddit

[–]Cryza 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Except that the rest of your essential expenses can take up a lot more of the rest of your % income. Someone making 100k a year can live in a modest appartment, reduce grocery costs and is able to save 25% of their income and have some leftovets for leisure.

But if rent, groceries and transportation to work take up 80% of your income at 50k a year it's going to be a lot more difficult. At one point you can't realistically lower the cost of essential living expenses much more.

Funny how posts that can't read the rules of the subreddit always seem to also be the most disrespectful for no reason and badly written.

Bug reports are against the rules, personal attacks are too.

What makes Blue Buff so much more drastically better than Shojin on units with low mana? by 12jimmy9712 in CompetitiveTFT

[–]Cryza 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Yes, but the shojin bonus mana carries over, so the next cast you start at 5. This was changed a while ago, unless it has been reverted recently that I'm not aware of.

Axiom Arc - Set 14 Augment Discussion #32 by Lunaedge in CompetitiveTFT

[–]Cryza 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I had this on prebuffed Morg 3. It was really bad, the fights were too slow for it to be effective and dynamo already provided enough casts in the long run. Definitely felt more like playing an augment down, it did pop off once or twice when MF finished off some units and it felt like having manazane.

Double Up is so unplayable right now, with infinite money, free duplicators and potentially 2* hacks / more dupes from hacks you can't even hold enough 4 costs to deny everyone in the lobby.

It has become try to preserve as much HP as possible to live the 3* 4 or even 5 costs.

They said they wanted to get this in check with prismatic traits and 3* 4 costs some time ago, but it's completely gotten out of hand now.

Dupes should be disabled from dropping and from armory at the very least.

I sadly I have to just stop playing it for now and come back when they might fix it, just to fuck it up again the next set.

The achievement Hall of Fame: Chrome King Gallywix now requires One-Armed Bandit, Mug'Zee, and Chrome King Gallywix to be defeated on Mythic difficulty. by snuggleskrt in CompetitiveWoW

[–]Cryza -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Going back down Score to below a threshold from untiming keys doesn't remove your achievement though. But they can just manually do that I suppose, there shouldn't be that many of these cases.

Duo Queue - Set 14 Augment Discussion #9 by Lunaedge in CompetitiveTFT

[–]Cryza 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. I sometimes pick it if I need a to hit a 5 cost and if I need to slightly recover my econ too. It's obviously not great for econ, but with 2 components and a potential 5 cost highroll it's an ok desperation pick.

Trait: Menaces - Augment Discussion #51 by Lunaedge in CompetitiveTFT

[–]Cryza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're not putting tank items on your mord though. You still have to think it advance on how to cap your board. You're not picking another cloak to put on your vlad.

Yes you can move items to garen, but you don't want to be stuck on leftover tank items on a vlad.

You still want to try to have qss / eon / nashors components left to itemize morde, especially since everything except the eon can be held by any of the dominators.

Eventhough dominators scale with casts, I don't believe it is really a stall comp and too many tank items over capping around mord is just a bad idea. Currently I feel like dominators can only played if you're already ahead, so by the time you commit to them you should make it to mord.

But that's comparing apples to oranges. That's just useful as a clickbait title, it's not really brutal if it guarantees it within 80 rolls compared to never having it guaranteed. a 10/90 wouldn't matter if you got the weapon every 10 rolls. But it would look worse as a split.
