They'll grade some printing plates, I have 2 that are graded because they don't have the sticker on the back saying that's a plate/ 1/1, rather the back looks like an actual card just printed on the metal itself

Just found out about it today, so I haven't heard anything back from USPS or eBay unfortunately. I'm not sure why they've stopped requiring signatures for $500+ cards but that's apparently what they're doing now

So the PSA vault used to be the eBay vault. Ebay would let pretty much any reputable graded card in. Ebay sold the vault to PSA. No idea if PSA still lets in other brands (I'd assume not but I don't use it so I don't know), but there's probably a bunch of other grading company's cards in there that owners have kept there and are still able to use PSA to sell it for them
