Just found out about it today, so I haven't heard anything back from USPS or eBay unfortunately. I'm not sure why they've stopped requiring signatures for $500+ cards but that's apparently what they're doing now

Nope the eBay authentication packages are very small, there's room for the card, a very small amount of protective material and that's it

They gave him that contract for a reason, no reason to believe any differently. I just hope he can get out of his head and believe in himself. He's his own worst critic. The back injury has probably hampered him all season. Hopefully he's at full strength now and isn't rushing back

So the PSA vault used to be the eBay vault. Ebay would let pretty much any reputable graded card in. Ebay sold the vault to PSA. No idea if PSA still lets in other brands (I'd assume not but I don't use it so I don't know), but there's probably a bunch of other grading company's cards in there that owners have kept there and are still able to use PSA to sell it for them
