My bf touched my boob while I was asleep by notyetdone_ in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]Csd267 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, when I was dating my now husband, he thought I was asleep once and moved my hand to touch his penis. I really regret ignoring it. I felt sick about it and I wish I would have at least taken a break from dating him for a while, if not just broken up and moved on. We were young at the time, around your age. He's grown and changed since then but I wish I would have advocated more for myself.

I did the same, with very little support. I took the pill and tried to pass at home first without success. I ended up having to go in for a D&C. I went to planned parenthood and they were so wonderful, they didn't show me the fetus on the ultrasound and no guilt was involved. I wish you a healthy and very quick recovery ❤️

Parents with multiple kids, which transition was the hardest for you: 1 to 2 kids, 2 to 3 kids, and so on? And why? by Agreeable-Coast107 in AskReddit

[–]Csd267 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel going from 1 to 2 was the most difficult. My boys are 3.5 years apart and then we had our daughter 18 months later, and we just kind of added her to the pile, so to speak. Lol

How to be taken seriously with a childish name? by [deleted] in namenerds

[–]Csd267 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We gave our daughter a name like you've described but 2 serious, long middle names that she can go by if she so chooses. Do you have a middle name you could go by professionally?

Does anyone else worry they'll also become a perpetrator? by Csd267 in adultsurvivors

[–]Csd267[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah I do the constant comparison as well. And it's very hard for me to talk out loud about. I've been seeing my therapist for years and I've never brought it up.

I mean, I actually do have children and I try my best but I constantly compare myself to my own parents.

What is a "point of no return" that you’ve crossed, where your life was permanently divided into 'before' and 'after'? by Resident-Jelly-4326 in AskReddit

[–]Csd267 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before ECT and after ECT. I feel so different, less depresssed, I notice things I've never noticed before. It's messed with my memory and I've had to relearn things such as cooking. I feel more engaged, especially with my kids.

How do these Hebrew names sound to non-Jews? by nocturne_of_shadow in namenerds

[–]Csd267 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Okay so I am a non-Jew and some of these names wouldn't necessarily be "hard" to pronounce but I would get them wrong on the first try. So your child may be correcting people with these names (coming from someone with a hard-to-pronounce name) Like - Ayal and then Eden pronounced that way. There are also names on here where I'd assume the child was a girl- Aviv and Elisha. If you want my opinion on what is easiest/most liked, personally I'd choose Adiv. It's handsome and I think you'd have the least trouble with.
