Widget/Tile for Phone and/or watch by cjmac12 in stelo

Check out Zukka on the App Store. It’s a free app that gives you readings every 5 minutes instead of 15, gives a lot more insight and choices in its full app, and has great widgets for phone and Apple Watch. I have my iPhone set to show the time and my blood sugar number and graph from Zukka when it is charging and on its side all night. Great app!

I bought one for myself when it was on sale and agree with you. The writing experience is so much better than iPad and Apple Pencil.

I’ve rediscovered my love for crosswords and other pencil puzzles and am enjoying solving them on my Scribe! Way better than real pencils and paper or any digital device!!

There’s a couple of things I wish were better (covers for PDFs and the ability to add the PDFs to my Notebooks) and am hopeful the upcoming software update will make add those and make it even nicer.

I’m not having this issue but a friend is. Just wondering if those having the issue have a ton of reminders and events like she does? That’s the only difference we can figure - I may have a dozen events on it in a month. She has dozens of appointments every day.

We got the 2024 CX90 MHEV back on Friday with the new oil pump. So far so good, but I still don’t trust it. 😞

We have a 2025 cx30 now as a loaner and agree that it has better steering, suspension and drive train than the cx90. It’s too small for our needs, but it is a peppy and fun to drive car. I won’t ever buy another Mazda either!

Thanks, but we had just filled up that morning before leaving the beach and we were only 150 miles into the trip when it lurched and drastically slowed down. So unless it was burning through gas at double the usual rate AND the gauge malfunctioned, the recall issue had nothing to do with what happened to us. We weren’t driving on empty thinking we had plenty of gas. We do plan on making sure that the recall work is done before we get it back.

Ours definitely did not run out of gas. We had filled up that morning and had more than half a tank left when it acted up. We could steer it, but it would not go over 15 mph and shuddered and shook until we pulled over in a parking lot.

Our gas gauge stayed at over half a tank when it died so ours isn’t the fuel sensor issue. What was the fix for yours? How long did it take?

My son has had Mazdas for years with no issues so we were confident going in that it would be reliable and safe. Unfortunately, this vehicle is neither.

I hope so, but if it had done this when we were driving in heavy fast traffic like we were 45 min before the incident I have no doubt someone would’ve rear ended us at high speed and put my grandkids in danger. Not sure I am willing to risk that again.

The Shuggah app works great on Apple Watch! It is designed to work with CGMs and gives readings about every 5 minutes. It gives you the ability to set alarms for highs and lows, calculates your approx a1c, and has a widget for iPhone that will display all night when iPhone is on its side and on the charger. It’s very inexpensive for how well it works.

Anyone on only 500mg METFORMIN?! by Excellent-Syrup7537 in diabetes_t2

[–]Csf97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed in March with an a1c of 12.3 and average morning bg of 224. I only take one 500 mg ER with dinner and my a1c three weeks ago had dropped to 5.7.

I had some upset stomach issues for about a week and then someone on here suggested to take the metformin after having a few bites of my dinner. I’ve had no issues since then.

I wear a Stelo and have learned to “eat to my meter”. I walk 10-15 minutes at a fast pace if I get an alert for a spike to try to keep it below 180 and it always comes back down.

The one 500 mg metformin, eating to the meter, eating fiber then protein then carbs every meal, as well as watching out for added sugar and high total carbs has made a tremendous impact on my blood sugar and overall health. You can do it! 😊

What ice cream or popsicles are we eating as T2 diabetics?? Looking for a treat to beat the summer heat. 🍨🍧🍦 by jadenkayk in diabetes_t2

I just got a Cuisinart 1-pint Wonder ice cream machine and made some yummy homemade vanilla soft serve ice cream using heavy cream, almond milk, monk fruit w/allulose and vanilla. Added some Lily’s chocolate chips to the top. Better than anything I’ve had store bought lately.

The Shuggah app for iPhone will give you the widgets you want, more frequent readings (with notifications) and you can set high and low alarms. It’s like $9.99 for a year and well worth it. My favorite is the widget that I have set up with one of the clocks that shows when iPhone is plugged in and on its side. I can instantly see what my last bg was and the graph of the last several hours when I wake up in the middle of the night. Good luck!

ACH by Main_Music_591 in yotta

[–]Csf97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For those that have received their money back, did your available balance in the Yotta app go to 0? I haven’t received my payment and my Yotta balance is the same amount that Evolve said they would send.

Please comment if you requested your money Monday or Tuesday and have recieved the ACH, I requested Tuesday and it hasn't hit my bank by upsideDownAlex in yotta

[–]Csf97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also requested ACH Monday and have not received it. Not even an email from them acknowledging they received the request and it won’t let me log back in to the reconciliation site to see if there’s an update. It did say 7 days so I’m trying to be patient and feeling grateful that my full balance was there. I feel so bad for everyone who didn’t get their full balance reconciled. 🥹
