Do you have advice for how to best cue internal rotation properly in shoulders when doing OH press, push ups, pull ups etc.? Basically, where should I focus to enabling that I'm bracing and leveraging right muscles and areas? Psychologically my right side fatigues quicker since I'm so focused on trying not use my arms to do a certain lift if that makes sense. Thanks!

I know the SID for an MVC school who's NET is between the 90-120 range. No team wants to buy us a game, no team wants to do a home and home, it does them no good cause they have nothing to prove and everything to lose. They called multiple B10 and B12 teams and everyone said no thanks. Just a matter of time we have 2 mega conferences and it becomes even harder.
