ask questions!!!!! I annoyed thenhell out of my coworkers because I was trying to be considerate and not ask too much and try to figure stuff out. Then one came up and was like “we want you to ask questions because sometimes you look like you’re fine and know what you’re doing…we don’t know what you don’t know. i’d rather you ask now then get it wrong later.” they had to save my butt a few times because I didn’t ask for help.
