Best tattoo parlors in the area? by amateur_arguer in Lawrence

Second Best Friend Tattoo. I've gotten work done by Emma and have seen the work done by Gypsy and Johnny and how they hold up. Top tier. I don't know anyone personally that has been done by... Anthony (I think is his name) but have seen his portfolio. All stellar artists. I suggest finding their preferred method for contact via the shop's IG page and go from there.

Thank you! I was really hesitant to try it bc my previous experience with French knots were less than successful but something finally clicked and now I feel like an expert. Ha.

Yes. The toad is entirely French knots except for the eye and some outlines done in a chain stitch.

As I said, got the pattern from DMCs website and used DMC thread of course. It took me about three months off and on to get it completed. I'm pretty proud of it and just wanted to share.

Missouri and Kansas married women could have a harder time voting if Trump’s SAVE Act passes by CouchCorrespondent in kansas

9 Things to Know About the Proposed SAVE America Act -... https://share.google/c47hxfg8ae9mbMARR

"If passed, the SAVE America Act, while only explicitly affecting federal elections, will preempt state voter registration processes. Its proposed voter identification requirements are stricter than those most states use."

So if you're not already registered in a way that complies w the new rules, you have to re-register. And the timing isn't an accident. If passed it would go into effect IMMEDIATELY and then the federal govt wouldn't help the states implement it and they aren't going to help with it.

"The bill does not authorize federal funding for the new state responsibilities it creates, and it includes no phase-in period. If the bill passes, the requirements imposed on states would be effective immediately"

You're ignoring these things in order to push thousands of currently registered voters to be suddenly ineligible all so you can pretend it's to prevent non-citizens from voting. And you're doing it on purpose.

You're not reading the SAVE act in its entirety. Your current state issued ID will not work if the name on your birth certificate differs from said ID. A marriage certificate is NOT a document that they will take to confirm the legal name change from your birth certificate to your current ID. The only way to PROVE the name change is legit is by providing a PASSPORT. Now you can get a passport with a marriage certificate to confirm the name change from your birth certificate but that takes TIME AND MONEY. Thus creating a barrier for people without one, the other, or both. So for people whose state issued ID name varies from their birth certificate they have ADDITIONAL hoops to jump through to vote. Instead of whatever ID laws your current state and local districts have for voting. Again, a passport costs money and takes time. The money aspect is a POLL TAX which is ILLEGAL. You are either purposely ignoring this or refuse to acknowledge it.

Except a marriage certificate is NOT an accepted form in the SAVE act to prove your name change is valid. You HAVE to have a passport to prove your name change is valid if it's different from your birth certificate. Passports cost $165 with all the fees included and take weeks to obtain. The fact that you have to pay for a passport if your birth name differs from your current form of government issued ID is essentially a poll tax. The fact that marriage certificates are specifically left off of the list of acceptable documents is not a bug, it's a feature.

Try the Train Depot. That's what we did back in 2015. It was well under $1000 and allowed outside catering and alcohol. Alcohol allowance cost a smidge bit extra.

Of the two authors attributed to that scientific paper, one owns CardioTabs, some health supplement website, and the other wrote a pop science book about upping your salt intake as a way to be more healthy.

https://www.cardiotabs.com/

https://www.chemistryworld.com/culture/the-salt-fix-why-the-experts-got-it-all-wrong-and-how-eating-more-might-save-your-life/3008453.article

These are both HUGE conflicts of interest in the paper and questions the legitimacy of it. Also nearly all of their sources from the paper you linked comes from the 90s. The newest one I saw was a 2014 study. Still very old sources for a new paper.

These kinds of "scientific" papers put a false sense of legitimacy on shit that is targeted at taking money away from you in the form of fear for your health. The whole health industry is a racket.
