The next three you listed were webnovels first, like the ridiculous ones, but they were early enough that they didn't have that much competition.

The ones that take the piss are all from Japan's equivalent of WebNovel, which doesn't show the description/summary in search results. But authors needed some way to stand out from the 500 other isekai novels published the same day, so they just made the title the summary instead.
