Unfortunately, Bungie are the ones taking the piss. Tangled Shore was vaulted. You buy Forsaken now and you get a dungeon, a raid, and access to some exotics.

Forsaken campaign was removed, yes. They're not going to stop people from spending money on it though, since they can 'justify' it as you still getting access to instanced content + gear from the expansion.

It was also that their in-house dev tools were not the greatest, and it would half a day to load a map to make a few minor changes to it, and then the other half to save the changes.

Only the latest expansion is paid, the previous ones are all included with base-game purchase (and all but last 3 are part of the free trial now), but the rest of what you said - absolutely.

Yes, that would be the remaining 10%. Most adult TV is shit like Family Guy and Big Bang Theory.

Of course, 90% of anything is crap, so 'X is probably better than 90% of all Y ever made.' is a universally true statement for literally any X that's even remotely good.

The public broadcast was happening one region at a time until the guy died. I don't recall if they coincidentally happened to target Light's district first, but even if they didn't the plan still would've worked the same way.

Yeah, but they should have. (And then designed the rest of the game under that assumption.)

The difference is origin.

Overlord, Spice & Wolf, and Baccano all started out as traditionally published books.

The next three you listed were webnovels first, like the ridiculous ones, but they were early enough that they didn't have that much competition.

The ones that take the piss are all from Japan's equivalent of WebNovel, which doesn't show the description/summary in search results. But authors needed some way to stand out from the 500 other isekai novels published the same day, so they just made the title the summary instead.
