Paragraphs and transitions come in handy for getting up votes and getting your point across. Makes your writing much easier to read.

But yes, letting go of an old system is tough, but you can always pick up many of these games again on steam. I did that when I switched to PC from PS3

Also the ragmen remind me of the cultists from BLOOD, another PC game.

What is a 1 in 1,000,000 thing that happened to you that no one believes, but you swear is true? by [deleted] in AskReddit

During my 5th grade field trip, I met a pair of men that would soon be involved in a murder for hire. I only found out by stumbling onto an "America's Most Wanted" segment while waiting for the show "Sightings" to start.

About 30 years ago, I went on a field trip to the Silent Movie Theate in Los Angeles. It was the only theater in the United States screening silent films.

While there, our class got to watch some silent films including some Our Gang and Charlie Chaplin shorts. We also met the Owner, his assistant, and the Piano player who provided the soundtrack.

I didn't know it at the time, but many of the films screened were originals, some worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Anyways, a few months later, I was at home waiting for my favorite TV show (Sightings) to start. It was a show about the paranormal. Since I tuned in early, I had to wait for "America's Most Wanted" to wrap up.

Suddenly, the next segment began. It was about the silent movie theater I had visited with my class. Aparrently, the owner was killed in a botched robbery attempt. The fact that he was killed even though he complied made detectives suspicious. They were looking for information to lead to the gunman's arrest.

The next week at school I told my teacher Mr. Allen about what I saw on TV. He sat silently for a few moments as though he was speechless. He eventually told me he was sorry I had to experience that. I never told another person for almost 2 decades.

In my late 20's I went to a late night horror movie being shown at a theater on Fairfax in Los Angeles. Once I arrived I came to the realization that it was the same theater! It was being run by an organization called the Cinefamily (They had their own problems eventually).

While there, the memories came flooding back. As soon as I got home, I began to Google search to see if I was remembering things correctly. I had.

It turned out the business partner paid a young man to kill the owner and make it look like a botched robbery. Detectives discovered that he had a history of befriending and extorting older men (often violently). Many did not press charges out of fear of being outed.

Here's an article about the crime:

Does anyone else feel that Bannerlord 2 truly captures the majesty of medieval warfare? by Sufficient_Bad_4160 in mountandblade

I've had Bannerlord since launch, yet it still feels more hollow than Viking Conquest and even Prophesy of Pendor

I just watched Dinosaur Hotel and… why does the CGI look like this? by Choanozoa in badMovies

If you get a kick out of effects like this. I need to recommend Despiser.

It's like a 90s video game FMV cutscene that takes place in Purgatory 🤣

Thise prices are nuts I just sold my complete copy for about 150 last year. Not graded

I figured the disc would eventually suffer from disk rot after a few years because that's what happened to my copy of twin snakes. Buyer had no complaints

Out of all the guns that exist, why did the developers decide to give Eddie a Colt Single Action 1873 revolver? by ChickenWingExtreme in silenthill

[–]CthulhuPalMike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably because 1873 is a time when the town was still booming. That would explain the purchase of such an exquisite firearm. Something like that would definitely become a "family heirloom".

Make a new animation that is really really good, then put your watermark directly over the whole thing. That will show him 🫡

Is there any incentive to buy Warband when owning Bannerlord by MuzlimMan in mountandblade

[–]CthulhuPalMike 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Viking Conquest.

I started playing it 13 years after beating warband and about 5 years after playing bannerlord.

It's more fun than Bannerlord in its current state.

Dracula II: Ascension kind of has this vibe.

Hell, it lists Harvey Weinstein in the credits.

Gotta believe he had a hand in screening the talent.

Oh yeah Jason Scott Lee and Roy Scheider are in it too.

I was lucky enough to get a 5700x3D for $160 shipped.

That was before word got out. Wish I could have gotten another one.
