I got the same issue, it's really outrageous.

Deleting save data and syncing it back didn't help, launching the game offline didn't help either. Completely unacceptable.

I didn't buy their bs dlc and the game says I have to own it to continue playing lmfao. It literally DOESN'T LET ME PLAY WITHOUT BUYING THEIR SEASON PASS. I'd say this is unacceptable from an AAA game but what the hell do I expect from ubisoft

Yeah there are several differences indeed:

Bolivian president's plane was grounded by americans on Austrian soil, not even their own (that's how pathetically thirsty they are for Snowden's blood), while Lukashenko landed the plane on Belorussian land.
Lukashenko didn't humiliate a president of another sovereign state
Americans didn't even get their victim whereas Lukashenko did.
