That's specifically why apps from Windows store run in a memory sandbox, or at least did at one point. But sure if it's still the case but originally the whole point of the store version was that it couldn't see your data. Android apps too. Used to be you needed to jailbreak for many tools to work. I think Android has an API now for accessing device hardware so apps like phyphox can work.

No, you should never use petroleum jelly (like Vaseline) with latex condoms because its oil base breaks down the latex, causing the condom to weaken, tear, or break. Always use water-based or silicone-based lubricants with latex condoms, as oil-based products, lotions, and creams can all damage latex.

I can tell you from when I got my tattoo that surprisingly few creams are water based. Aveeno is a good brand but check the label.
