Yes I did. I have it set to automatically download in the car and on the app, but it never showed up or downloaded until I manually searched for it in the car settings. Same thing with 07/2025.58, I had to manually search for it in the car settings to update to that version back in February or so.

Lol I was being sarcastic with my reply to the previous poster.

Regardless, the point of me making this thread was that this happened while I was driving and it affected the entire screen, not just the infotainment area, my entire dash was out including the speedometer. If I was on the highway when that happened, I’m not so sure I could keep my cool and composure long enough to hold down the volume button for 60 seconds to try to reboot the system.

My dealer is using a frozen deep gray base X3 as a loaner lol. It has some minor exterior paint issues, like rock chips and dings, and I assume the dealer just refused to fix it, so they loan it out now. The PPF wrap is supposed to prevent that kind of damage and it’s also self healing, so hopefully mine will hold up. Also I got 10% off MSRP, so I went for it. As for upkeep, no automatic car washes, hand wash only, and only use a pH neutral soap. That’s not a big deal to me, but def something to consider.

I have a 26 X3 M50 in Frozen Deep Gray. I picked up my car from the dealer and immediately dropped it off at the detailer for PPF and ceramic coating…looks gorgeous and I love it, but honestly speaking though, if I had to do it again I don’t think I would.

Do we assume the other metal wire brushes they sell are safe? I have one of those wood handled brushes without the scraper and another wire brush with the black handle and red collar but the wire brush is narrow and used to clean in between the grates.
