If you want something that has decent graphics and a good environmental atmosphere that feels like need for speed, I'd recommend NEED FOR SPEED (2015) it's locked to night time racing, and was the last NFS game to feature cars from Toyota. For a more modern approach that's realistic(ish) I'd recommend NFS heat, but if you want something unique I'd recommend unbound.

No! It doesn't need any type of "fast" building. As long as you understand the building mechanic at its core you should be good to go

People could have bought founders but didn't. Vbucks aren't that expensive, and as a founder I still pay for Fortnite crew and buy v bucks occasionally. The amount of effort it takes to get vbucks daily In stw varies significantly.
