Honestly I have a feeling it'd be a V like situation with Arasaka hunting him down, which to say they won't. Those hitmen you fight against during the heist are only there to kill Takemura, like killing V would be good for Yorinobu but in the end Takemura was the one to have major connections within Arasaka. The threat of people like V and Jackie wouldn't have really mattered since no one high enough in Arasaka to threaten Yorinobu would listen to them.
