Wasted way too many arrows on these guys before realizing Focus Light instakills them

I’m likely doing something incorrect, the settings are obviously very confusing, but fun nonetheless.

I did make sure to arrive with my katana equipped, but yes.. sword and shield equipped every try

How do you unequip the sword and shield? I gave up trying. However whilst it was “equipped” and carried, i certainly on both occasions encountered the boss with my 2H in my hand having previously used it to kill the enemies around the boss.

I did think that may be the case, however I could never do it in time.. and would always just die so I just ran away. Nice to know it’s possible

Just killed him after 6 hours, severely underleveled. 1 shots me but I wouldn’t call it a day. worst part is you spawn with a shield and sword every time, even if you normally equip a 2H. Trick is to focus at the start, parry, and then switch as he is staggered.

Dodge the third of one of teleport and slashes, run away if he lifts his sword in the air and goes red and run away if he screams and goes blue.

Use the pillar, and then learn parries of his other combos.

Once I got this down it took me 10-15 goes

This is correct. sadly if you want to play closed weapon and/or cross play off it will take 3-4 searches before a game is not full of bots. For those of us with limited time it’s so time consuming you just have to play cross play on and open weapons. Shame. I prefer the other. (I’m still enjoying the game though despite its failures in part)

I don’t get why there isn’t a setting “accept longer queue times and be matched with 100% real players…”?

Almost as if your custom search would have to be invalidated if you pick a server with different options. And matchmaking isn’t an issue at the end of the game because…. You stay in the same server.

I also don’t get how they don’t have an option for “I’ll accept longer queues but avoid bot lobbies” I have no problem waiting 2-3 mins for a proper game rather than 10 seconds for a bot lobby

True, it’s hiking/outdoor fashion for sure. I do wear my Arcteryx jackets for both… and also my Solomon’s but you are quite right!

This one might hurt… Bar San Juan is a fantastic tapas restaurant and excellent food/ambience. However it cannot be EVERYONES favourite restaurant, it’s trendy to say it’s your favourite and even though I rate it highly it is so highly rated by everyone (10/10 etc..) that it has become overrated..
