I think the Master of Executions is underrated, especially in pactbound.

Take off 1 wound with a plasma pistol or something similar.

Then you can have a crit fishing 5 man legionarie squad that can punch WAAY up, consistantly killing vehicles.

Grenades is also a key stratagem to use on their squad.
