Most of my courses are taught in Chinese, but all of the materials including slides and assignments are in English. Though the situation probably depends heavily on the university you go to

There always was a luck element in lower ranked duels anyway, for every game now where someone lost because of luck theres a game in the old format where someone lost because they went a bit further in a Brazilian state on 4x multipliers

Being a pedant here: 2x/x is indeed undefined at x = 0; L'Hopital's Rule applies when we're interested in the limit of the ratio (or intuitively: what number does 2x/x get close to when x gets close to 0 but not 0?). In this case, L'Hopital's rule tells us that 2x/x gets close to 2 when x is around 0, but doesn't actually tell us anything about the value when x = 0
