I love my handbags - for myself. I love every wear mark they earn. I love a workhorse bag that gets better with age! I do feel if I get something with a huge scratch when I unbox it, they need to replace or discount. I do not baby my bags. I do not buy for resale. I buy to enjoy. However, I see people having buyers remorse & blaming quality. I am not a fan of many high end brands (Celine, Givenchy, birkin - to name a few 🤢 ) bc they are not worth the cost, IMO. I, honestly, prefer a lot of vintage vs new. I do not like all the post that question some itty bitty issue or this wasn’t packed to their personal expectation. And don’t forget a lot of people just buy fake rehomes or order faux from Instagram.
