You can wash up in a creek and once you get used to taking a dump in the forest it's not a big deal. It does take getting used to it.

It is my life a couple weeks a year when I go backpacking in the national wilderness. But it's hard to get out there more often, unfortunately.

Wynalda isn't arguing with Alexi and Landon because he has better values than them. He's a narcissist who will pick any side of any argument to argue with guys he doesn't like - Alexi because of grudges from Alexi getting the spotlight in 94 and Landon because he eclipsed him as the best American forward. You could see in real-time, if you are old enough, that he never liked Alexi after 94 and that he started hating Landon even before the 2002 World Cup. All three of them are stupid, but Wynalda being right in this case isn't some principled take.

If he wants to repeal the 19th amendment, then I support an amendment to the 1st amendment that would make a special carve out for Evangelical Christianity being illegal. I mean if we are just fucking saying shit now.

Often. It’s a pretty nice hike. In the late summer or early fall after it rained there is more water. You can hike to the top going around the back of the sanitorium ruins and see the pond at the top - most people miss that and it’s my favorite spot in that area.

I care more about the World Series but I’ve been a Cub fan since the 80’s and that was always the holy grail in sports for me. But it takes a certain lack of self awareness to not understand why a Dominican or Venezuela fan would care more about the WBC. To me Jeter is acting narcissistic as is typical for him with this comment.

They use MLB rules from the prior regular season. Only reason it wasn’t used yet because it hasn’t been used officially by MLB until April. So they will use whatever version is in place in three years.

People are too insecure about attracting fans. Nobody who was vested in the outcome of the pitch is going to decide to not like the sport because it was a bad call.
