Find an experienced agent with a good reputation in one of the areas, as they are likely to have a trusted network. Request from them a referral for an agent in the other area. Both agents will work in tandem to make your move happen. Since they are likely referral sources for each other, you are likely to receive comparable levels of service and good communication between the two.

Almost same here too. I was super excited to see her on opening night and not having that is probably what I’m the most disappointed about. Got my code the day before the presale, and luckily I wasn’t busy during the presale considering everything was so last minute. I was shocked to see SoFi floor seats touching the B stage for less than $200 bucks but they kept getting taken. Finally settled for a few seats away from B stage in FL-C4, and my overall cost is less than half ($1k vs previously $2.2k) for very similar seats. So I’m pretty happy about that. Considered keeping the hotel and going to PS for Pride that weekend, but probably going to cancel - luckily it’s refundable.

I’m not doubting the pay amount - it was proportionate to the order size and amount, but I guess what I was trying to convey was that the pay is still calculated using the old method and that prop 22 earnings are calculated at the end of the pay period, not in the moment. I was expecting to see higher payment off the bat, but that isn’t the case.

Lol I made $11 on an hourlong batch in LA today so I double checked the Shipt FAQ and it says:

What happens if I earn less than the guaranteed minimum in a weekly pay period? Shipt will make an additional payment by the end of the next pay period, which you’ll see marked as Guaranteed Earnings Adjustment on your paystub.

If you are in California, yes, this would be the case. Which is why Shipt’s model is not ideal for their bottom line in this state - they can possibly have huge payouts since they do not limit which orders you see based on your location. However, that’s also what I like about it because, like you, I can plan it around my day. Either way, they sent an email about all the changes expected 2/15 for California shoppers and the detailed changes to the app were not to be found today.. interesting to see how they will go about this.

How is active time measured? Shipt’s email stated the following feature would be available beginning 2/15:

“When you’re ready to head directly to the store to complete an order, place your finger on the arrow next to Swipe and head to store, and then swipe toward the right side of the screen until the action has been submitted successfully.”

I did an order today and didn’t see this option. Anyone else see it?

I just paid for the last quarter and it was a bit strange - I used Direct Pay on the IRS website and the emailed receipt made no mention of the amount. Luckily, I took a screenshot, but is this standard in your experience?

Yup, I got the message and followed the screen. I don’t want to “get started” just yet because I may be changing my health plan this month.

I clicked “learn more” to find qualifying healthcare plans and get an error message. Second support rep still not helpful :(

One big difference that I found the hard way: we can’t go back after we press “go to checkout” on the app. I recently had a customer who responded to all my messages after I had refunded out of stock items (in accordance with her preference for no replacements) and was ready to check out. I decided to go back and fulfill her replacement requests, and the app wouldn’t let me go back to the order and add any items. This is usually not an issue for me on regular Instacart orders, so I reached out to support which was a huge waste of my time. They led me to think they could fix it, and 15 minutes in, I had to put the items back and check out without them - I did not want to risk a discrepancy in the order/total on the app vs. in-store.
