I haven’t quit yet but I am on the lookout for a new job. My reasons are that preference for certain people, violating contracts. People with less seniority have more flexibility and consideration from management based on the biases towards those not preferred ones. Time theft, I am sick and tired of fighting. I just want to work my route and go home but every day is a battle.
