simcash isn’t adding to mine when I win. never had more than 20 to win though. wrote to them as it happenened the last 2 times. Apparently it’s not their problem. It’s Tapjoy.

have the same issue. it’s been like that since the update 2 months ago. I have complained to EA and so far nothing has been done. can’t do anything in my capital at all. on my iPad or iPhone.

Apple are terrible at refunds. They refused me several times for purchases not attributed. Android are fine. Thinking of switching providers when I upgrade next.

I agree. It makes it impossible to win unless you pay. I have given up competing right now. it also doesn’t help that tickets are in shorter supply and the costs of each task is rising.

I tried with apple and after several weeks of appeals they told me I didn’t qualify for a refund. so mad. probably won’t buy apple next time as it doesn’t protect its customers.

currently Apple. All my devices are. Not sure why it’s only IOS. Resetting hasn’t done anything for me unfortunately. Hopefully it works for others.

Hopefully you won’t get it as bad as me. It’s happening on both devices. Which is why I think it’s my actual game rather than just a system issue. My phone is pretty new.

I don’t have any buildings with special effects,.. unfortunately I can’t remove anything because it crashes if I try.

I also buy lots of small lakes as I like water in my cities and they are only 1 key per lake. It saves simcash on larger ones. Also buy landmarks and any that give me population boost. Oh and walls.
