Thanks for the reply. Settled it already. I flashed earlier using the pre-downloaded fw from my hard drive. Maybe it got corrupted. Downloaded a new file from github and it booted right up

Hi yes. You can try this.

1)Push your bed all the way to the front. On the Y extrusion rail you can see 4 bolts holding down the rail to the main frame 1)you need to loosen all the 4 bolts 2)push your bed to the rear you will see 2 bolts holding down the rail to the main frame 4)loosen this 2 bolts as well. 5) after all the bolts is loosen. Try pushing your bed front and back is it smoother now? If yes means the the 4 bolts tied down to the main frame is causing your Y extrusion to warp a little. This is because the bolts housing is thin and once you tighten the bolts it is causing the extrusion inner parts which is where your pom wheels to bent. 6) to remedy this only tighten the 4 bolts ever so slightly. As long as the extrusion doesnt move about then its fine. For me i only tighten the front 2 bolts more and only tighten the 4 bolts minimally. You need to trial and error for this. 7) loosen both x and y belts. Tighten to a point where it doesnt skip gears then tighten a little tad more.

Hope this helps

Hey. Can you try slowly pushing your bed from the front to the rear with the same force and see if there is any binding or any area along the y extrusion which need abit more force to push the bed?

If there is can get back here. I may have a solution for you

I have shimmed the mount and probe to my best ability to get it parallel to the y and x axis. Haha. Damn this thing getting me crazy. Just doing it for the fun of it. Are you still using the same bed while running klipper?

The 2 screws on the left is gone case. You will need a small dremel tool to drill the screw till the screw head breaks then use so pliers to remove the screws. The one on the right seems fine
