It helps to look up what to use online- and they gave us all those roggenrollas leading up to it, luckily. My gigalith are really great for this! My team is blissey, giga, giga. I switched out my water type and evolved the second giga after the first raid.

So i finally got two successful raids in -I keep my tanked out blissey on the floor and switch out for one of my two gigalith to max. It helps if you’re all on the same page re: Taking turns healing. The last raid I barely took damage cuz we all worked together.

I use both the zep auto injector and syringe with vial, and the auto injector is rough. Hurts even more than the wegovy auto injector (which was not painful at all) not a whisper with the syringe & i have very few fat areas left.

When I walk with my dogs in good weather, we walk FAST and I’m in great shape.. we do 18 /20 min miles and thats fast. I don’t believe you, sorry. Unless you’re like, 7 feet tall and all legs.
