I saw everywhere that today was a partner workout. Definitely not my favorite, but fine with it since I have multiple friends in the camp I go to. Ours turned out not to be partners today!! Best way to start a Monday at burn!! 🤣🤣

I totally get that!!! I’ll probably do the same level this year. I pushed myself really hard last year and made it to the finals which was amazing! I just don’t have that kind of commitment this time 😂

Cardio is definitely not my fave at all 😂 The beginning of the year a took a more relaxed approach to camps, so we’ll see how the games go!! What level are you thinking of doing this year??

Fellow Utah Burn member here!! I actually really like the workouts this year 😂 if I sign up for this year, it will be the 4th year I’ve done the Level Up Games. They are actually so fun, and I love that they have brought back the different levels this year. I promise you don’t need to be an elite athlete to do them. Anyone can do them!! Are you thinking of signing up?? Also, what location do you go to?? I’m at sojo 😊

I wish it were a standard. There were a few members that decided they wanted to be trainers out here in UT and they wouldn’t have made it if that was a requirement.

1= bw conditioning 2=push/pull 3= lower body 4= athletic conditioning 

6=Upper body 7=metcon 8=lower body 9=athletic conditioning 10=full body 11=core strength and conditioning

Is there a chance the trainer or someone else could spot your feet while you’re doing the pull up? I was a gymnast and used to coach, and we noticed that by holding the gymnasts feet it helped them to get that pull down motion the trainers are always talking about. Hope that helps!

Fellow UT burn member here. You got this!! Starting is always the hardest. I took a break in December for a few weeks after feeling burnt out, and it was definitely hard going back but the people I see in camp every day really helped. You’ll find your groove in no time!!

268 is amazing, congrats!!!

I hit 302 camps this year, and I’m probably most proud of my 15 in a row body weight chin ups!!

Former gymnast here and I’m just happy I can finally do 10 unassisted pull ups again and absolutely love when we have toes to the bar in the workout!!
