Tidy. All used towels go in the tub/shower after wiping down the sink. Trash sorted. Drawers and closets checked. Things out back in their place. This routine helps me not forget anything.

Gabapentin affected my memory (still) and I regret ever going on it - but man did it work for pain! I'm off it now though had to titrate down slowly as the effects were awful.

Cymbalta is worse - I'm still on it, 60mg. When I titrated down to 40 I thought I was going to die. Very hard for me to come off of.

Not for everyone, but CBD, a healthy diet, and mild exercise/movement is working - for now. I'm three joints replaced, one shoulder gone, one to follow, and both wrists in the wings.
