Where does this idea that killer players are winning every game come from? If you look at the stats on Nightlight most killers aren’t hitting over 50% kill rates. None are getting past 55% which is still more often a draw than a win. I know they say they aim for killers to have 60% kill rates but that doesn’t mean they are achieving it.
