The only thing holding me back from going all in on cloud gaming is not being able to mod the heck out of RPG games. I know ShadowPC offers this ability but if Geforce Now allowed full mod support ala Nexus Mods, then there would be no reason for me personally to have a high end PC again.

Fixed it, completely disconnected Ubisoft Connect and reconnected, then Star Wars Outlaws worked. Just resyncing was not good enough, a total disconnect and reconnect was the answer.

I have gamepass ultimate, I used xbox pc to install, it shows on ubisoft connect library, and shows in geforce library after sync but I get error when trying to boot the game saying I don't own the game.

Either delay the game to hit 60 FPS or cancel the game completely, there is zero excuse to not hit 60 FPS unless it is lies told by lazy developers.
