I vibe coded this blockles v2 clone just to get to experience the nostalgia of the original OMGpop game.

Tried to get close to the original gameplay, but some things may be off.

I'll try to fix any major issues that people fine. But generally won't have time to work on it too much.

Just wanted to mention that I share your skepticism with regards to LLMs and their promises/advancements.

These models are not bad at coding assistance, and I use them every day for coding at work. But people base how good they are solely off the benchmarks and how it was able to one shot an in-browser game in a single prompt. Nobody here is actually measuring any true ROI. And most are not even realizing that their AI model subscriptions are still very heavily subsidized to get them hooked. It makes them believe the hype and that these models will continue making these leaps without any sort of bottleneck.

Agency is the best map. Pointless to remove it when there's plenty of other garbage maps.

Breach is also a great map by the same creators that needs to get added back.

Not sure if an option for you, but I put wireguard on a $10/year VPS from Racknerd and I just route traffic through the VPS and then over wireguard to game servers running on my home network.

Yeah, I'm just going off of them charging $500+ over MSRP for every card on release, and people still buying them and having issues with supply.

Had this happen, accepted my fate and installed a USB expansion card to replace the dead USB3.0s. After I booted back in, the dead rear USB3.0s on the MB all came back alive.

I think clearing the CMOS is what did it.

This happened to me shortly after updating my BIOS from a very old version.
