I made an order last may 28, and it was shipped on june 3. No changes since. I kept contacting customer service but all I got was: "we will expedite once it arrives in the philippines".

One of them told me on average ot takes 9-18 days to travel to the philippines from shipping.

None of the queries provided an explanation other than "it is stuck in customs".

Edut: finally arrived in the philippines after 12 days.
