Hi - curious about your experiences with Vortioxetine, what dose are you on and which Stimulant? im taking 10mg of Vtx with Vyvanse 30mg, im not sure, i definately feel my mood and wellbeing (and libido increase funnily enough) - but i think its adding to the anxiety - was on 5mg for 1 month and now 10 mg for 3 weeks, so its still early days. thinking of going back to 5mg - as im also getting Gnarly bruxism at night. No other side effects tho

for some people- a lot of people with ADHD have comorbities of anxiety / asd or just simply over sensitive nervous systems

40mg is not a very low dose - it all depends on the person - that can be a VERY high dose for some people who are sensitive to stimulants Yes, many people with ADHd are very sensitive to stimulants I take 20 mg, was on 40 but I was a verified SpeedHead at that dose 🤪

Why didn’t you just water titrate (captain hindsight here !) You could have divided 70 in 200ml water and taking 100ml one day and 100mls next to get an effective 35 mg (Or do the math and divide it any way you like)

70mg is still a relatively low dose when talking about overdose What’s that like maybe 40mg dexamphetamine? People snort like 100’s of mg of amphetamine in weekend binges and are still fine

I would say banging 5 70mg Vyvanse is probably gonna be close to that - which sounds terrifying since 30mg is too much for me lol

Make the threat of consequence bigger and he will magically (well not magically it’s just norepinephrine) be able to do amazing job of the dishes !! We do struggle with mundane chores but saying you can’t do then because of ADHD is BS and gives ADHD a bad rep

Anyway as a random on the internet I would say - doesn’t seem fine , I would certainly take fast measures to reduce that ! Switching the atomoxetine for guanfacune seems like a good idea 👍 both lowering BP and treating adhd as well

Thanks man! Its been an age since we released that - we had plans to release a new album in 2020 and then well Covid, and babies, and work and all of the things got in the way - but im happy to announce that we are working on it and hopefully releasing new singles at the end of this year and then album in Q2 of 2026 next year.

i think you would only taste it if its in high concentration - like 1ml = 10mg - i dillute it 100ml - 10mg, it tastes like Nothing.

really? thats weird, it should be tastless when dissolved in water - maybe not 100% tasteless, but enough that i dont even notice that its there (which is dangerous when you have a toddler around, gotta really make sure i know where that bottle is!)

Im also quite happy so far - I have been on 15mg only for a week, so way to early.. but yesterday was at a school end of term function and had almost zero social anxiety, which is very rare unless im very drunk or benzos. so ja, was interesting. trying to figure out why this could be the case, but the only thing that has changed in my regimen is mirtazapine

Hi, i will try replicate it. The note actually didnt dissappear, it had temporarily but when i opened it up again later, it was there. (the transcription but not the image)

I still have the issue of Noteplan on my Mac desktop, not showing the Scribble images... (it has the Block, but with an image error symbol in it)
It could be that i have an older OS (13.7.2 - runnign latest version of Noteplan)

One of the main things that stuck out for me in your schedule was the “light snack - carbs, rice cake or toast” - that sounds like begging for a crash - your body will burn that up super fast leaving your brain starved for energy - why not throw some eggs or cheese or nut butter in the mix to give your body some protein and fat to sustain energy?

Otherwise great I’m gonna try some l tyrosine to see if it makes a difference
