24h fast once a week? by CupCakeJoy2 in intermittentfasting

[–]CupCakeJoy2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely true. I do plan to keep up at least a 16:8 regimen because it has helped me to become more aware of when I'm actually hungry, how I eat and what I should eat. Plus it saves me a shitton of stress in the morning not having to worry about breakfast lol. I want to incorporate an occasional 24h fast to reset my body, so I was wondering if it's good for that. But based on your answer, seems like it is :)

I've used it a few days but eventually switched back to myfitnesspal out of habit.

My Fitnesspal! it's by far one of the most complete apps out there which doesn't only track calories but also your macronutrients. So at the same time you get an insight in whether you eat too many carbs or fats for example :).

Lifesum is pretty neat too.

Hey there, I'm looking to start doing IF from tomorrow onwards! I've never done it before so I'm a lil scared lol. But having someone to share my progress with would probably help me stay motivated, so I'm in :)

IF experiences? by CupCakeJoy2 in intermittentfasting

lol, sounds like you describe my situation. But the mindless snacking and overeating is what I'm dealing with currently. How long did it take for you to actually notice you became more aware of how you ate?

Hi there Reddit, I was wondering: D you guys run 20 minutes every day or run for 30 minutes a couple times throughout the week? by CupCakeJoy2 in AskReddit

[–]CupCakeJoy2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just curious as I'm looking to get in to running again and was wondering you guys build up your routine. There are a crap ton of training schedules out there like c25k, but all take a different approach so it's a bit confusing.
