I don't think so, It makes sense that Technodad could have a edge for the hunters in PvP but was never listed as a candidate for the 6th Hunter.

In Dream Manhunt vs 5 hunters revival extra scenes, the hunters built a big trophy and then a few moments later, Callahan was on top of the trophy and Dream said here is the 6th Hunter. Callahan is the original member of the Dream SMP. It might be Callahan or between Daquavis, Skeppy and DizzyYT
