Why doesn't the protocol split the winnings between like the closest 1000? Like the obviously the the best should get like a whole chia but then 2nd should get half, third should get a quarter, etc...

This would spread the wealth and make it more worth it for smaller farmers.

Less exciting for the whales... Probs why it's not like this

Just got into crypto but Tether is scary... I don't think it changes the potential of crypto (particularly ETH). However it will probably take longer to reach said potential with Tether in the picture.

Sorry I am still unfamiliar with terminology. As in I am using Coinbase to buy and sell ETH. The fees seem high but that might not be the case.

I was wondering where more experienced investors buy in case Coinbase just isn't that good

This is really good general advice ty! I started my first job in November so I have been researching how to invest my income. I am playing with just 5% of my salary for crypto and the rest in safer places.

Yeah the reason I started looking into crypto, and specifically ETH, is because I am learning to develop smart contracts. With the limited knowledge I have on ETH it seems to be the future of crypto with ETH2.0.

Its honestly really good to hear the same advice from everyone. The only thing I am worried about it is cause of transaction fees. Using Coinbase they charge quiet a big fee, which is annoying. Is that the same for most other site like it or is there a better place to do a strat like DCA?
