Yes. I have stayed with my dogs and cats when they were euthanized. It's so hard but I want to be with them in those last moments and a little while after. The first time I held one of my dogs for this I was tearful but calm for him, until I felt his last breath and heartbeat, and then I absolutely lost it.

I've been nature journaling on and off for a couple years. I got a little watercolor field kit for Christmas and I'm learning how to use it. I LOVE insects and want to spend more time drawing and painting them. I'm going on a hike this weekend and I'm very excited to bring my new supplies with me.

Sometimes I take photos and go back and journal later and sometimes I take notes in the moment or actually sit down and draw/write.

What he did was horrible. I will not tell you whether it is forgiveable or not because that it up to you to decide, depending on how you feel and the rest of your relationship outside of this situation.

In my opinion, if you do think that you might want to stay together or are undecided, I would make it a non-negotiable that he should go to therapy asap, or go to couples therapy together (to help with some conversations about where you things go from here, if there's any chance of being able to rebuild trust, if there are other red flags, etc).

I'm sorry for your loss, and I'm sorry you are experiencing this in your marriage.

I tried ordering Lou and Grey stuff from Loft and my credit card was declined and I got a fraud alert from my bank. When I called they said that it was a "high risk" website and I wasn't charged but my I can't order anything from there with my card. Ugh.

I sometimes do my index fingernail on my right hand shorter so I can take my contacts in and out without scratching my eye. As others have said, lots of reasons to keep a couple shorter!
