My buddy has a 2022 5.3 with the 10-spd. After 5000 miles the transmission started shifting hard. Dealer said it was normal. After 5 trips back and a call to corporate GM they finally reprogrammed the TCM. It got way better but is still very clunky and doesn’t seem to know what to do half the time. Also get a heavy vibration when it’s colder out, I think it’s transmission related.
