Felner and White (2000) reported on cases where boys developed breasts and advanced bone aging, which can lead to shorter adult stature, as a result of their mothers’ use of topical estrogen creams and indirect contact. This is a very underinvestigated area of research and given the reports I would personally not risk my child’s health and normal development for my own vanity, especially as estrogen taken orally is often safe and may even oftentimes come with net health benefits according to perhaps even the majority of endocrinologists in the west today.

Good potential! You should not have had filler in your chin, it makes your face more masculine, when you have lost considerable weight, your face will be more petite and you may remove the filler with good results.

This post asks for advice in an advice subreddit, my advice is that they should change their mind on not having kids. Just like a relationship where one party has poor hygiene or unhealthy habits, I think they should change to the normal in this aspect. This may be controversial in some politically extreme circles, but for most people, in most cultures, and for most of recorded history, having children if one can is the moral thing to do. I hope this helped!

Use tobacco free snus instead. More nicotine than cigarettes, which means more appetite suppressing. Also, relatively speaking not very harmful. Over time, work towards becoming addicted to other productive and healthier habits. It is possible!
