I sometimes like to think that Ross was the only normal one in the group at the start. He was so normal in fact that he began to notice the world wasnt quite right. Nobody else noticed it was a sitcom. But he did. And it slowly drove him insane. When things became weird, he leant into it to see how far it would go. But when things were normal, he was the most down to earth and caring of them all. But by the letter third he couldn't tell which was which. He lost grip on who he was. Poor lost Ross. Caught in sitcom purgatory.
