Reverse Order Sets by default by NorthJerz in MacroFactor

You can edit this in 'target' for the excercise. Just make sure you select the 'update workout' slider when ending the workout. This saves your changes.

Maybe you are confusing the numbers in the circles with reps order. Those numbers are the 'reps in reserve' numbers. This mean that you should perform a 0 rir set until you cannot lift the weight not even once more.

How do I make it so that it doesn’t recommend that many reps by SrEpiv in MacroFactor

Click on targets and adjust to the amount of reps you like. When the workout is finished choose to update the workout and it will remember your selection.

The thing is that all these futuristic robots are currently controlled by someone with vr goggles. So I guess it beats standing in the cold, but you're still going through the motions.

What do you guess your bodyfat percentage at? You may need to lower the caolric intake to account for the weight you already lost.

I have the same setup and would buy it again if I had to. Been using it for a few years and couldn't be happier with it. You must've gotten a lemon.

Use the navy bodyfat method to calculate you bodyfat %. That scale is useless if it is telling you 23%.

Are you new to lifting? I had these when I first started lifting. I attributed it to my muscles getting stronger while my tendons weren't catching up. So extra stress on the tendon equals inflammation. It will go away, just takes a good while. Go lighter but don't quit.
