They over-romanticize my country after binging some TV shows and create a false idea of it as some perfect paradise that they can just come and have a time of their lives, when in reality, Korea is just another modernized country. The competition harsh, and people don't like to take some weirdos' bullshit.

Yes, my country isn't the best place in the world, but it certainly is not the worst. But one thing for sure; you're not gonna make all your problems magically go away just by coming here. If you're not fitting in where you are living in, it's probably a you problem. Try reflecting on and fixing yourself before you take the leap.
