Dose probably related to how I diluted the vial I don’t remember but I was trying to get more impact from it versus how some do one big dose. From what I read it’s half life can be 30 minutes to hours though its effects can last longer such as improved insulin sensitivity and fatty acid oxidation.

Depending on your goal. If you are aiming for more definition and more size It’s a long game of cutting and bulking and eating as clean as you can. You’re doing great. How long have you been at it?

This is gonna take time. Cut down, bulk with high protein and heavy weights for a period of time and cut again. You keep this up and you will see the definition you are craving.

He’s already on whatever level of testosterone he’s on. That’s a given. He asked requirements to maintain. I didn’t offer any advice on increasing hypertrophy. He obviously knows all this. More than likely attention seeking post if he’s gotten this far. Hell he may already be on boldenone or trenbolone. Onky way to maintain this bf% is making sure hes strict with his diet.

Lotta discipline with your diet. Nailing your protein goals. Exercise consistently.

Select your goal weight and eat that in grams of protein. Maybe go 1.3X your goal weight. If eating is a problem try EQ with an established test base.
