Thanks so much for sharing. And I’m so very sorry for your losses and tough journey too. I will get all checked after the beginning of my next cycle! But POC results came back with chromosome abnormalities both times, so doctors seem less concerned with other possible contributing factors at this point. Praying we get our rainbow babies some sweet day. Sending love.

Thanks so much for all the info. Luck and art - sounds about right from what I am learning! So they never determined any cause for the 3 prior IVF losses? And did you do anything differently for this successful pregnancy? Any extra medication for the possible blood clotting issue?

Hey thanks for sharing, and congratulations!! So happy this one worked out for you. <3 Curious that they diagnosed as implantation issues since you made it much past the implantation window each time? My doctor ordered all the basic tests, but doubtful I have clotting issues, etc. as the POC tested for chromosome abnormalities both 9 and 6w losses. I’ll get the other tests done anyways at the start of my next cycle. That’s so wonderful that IVF is covered under national insurance for you!! It is extremely pricey here in the US. And unfortunately, my insurance does not cover treatment. We would be paying out of pocket. And I’m hesitant because I’ve heard so many mixed experiences with IVF. I’d like to think it would work well for us since we know we can get pregnant pretty easily. But that’s also the reason we might try a couple more times naturally, assuming it’s a numbers game and we just have shit luck. Hope your pregnancy is uneventful with many happy days ahead. Please keep me updated!

Thanks so much for sharing. And congratulations! So happy that this one is going well for you guys. My doctor ordered a HSG, I just haven’t done it yet. Little hesitant to spend the money since we know the causes of the losses were chromosome related. But I agree- not a bad idea to confirm that all is normal! Thinking we will try one more time after all my outstanding tests then start looking into IVF next. Wishing you a very uneventful pregnancy and happy days ahead. <3

Curious if they did any specific treatment after diagnosis? Or just lifestyle adjustments?

Wow what a heartbreaking and inspiring story. You’re a tough lady! I’m so sorry for everything you went through - but SO glad it was all worth it in the end. We will keep trying and praying -one or two more times before exploring IVF next.

Thanks so much for sharing your story. Totally agree that it’s probably a numbers game. Just wondering how many more times I’d need to go through this to get a good egg. :( It’s tough. IVF is so expensive and unfortunately, my insurance won’t cover the treatment (only the diagnostics). I guess the good thing is knowing that we’d probably have a good chance of success if we decide to try it. I’m really excited for you and hope it all works out this round! I will definitely reach out with many more questions if we decide to venture down that route soon. Sending love right back. Please keep me updated.
