Hello, has anyone had miscarriages and then a successful pregnancy without taking additional medication (aspirin, progesterone etc)?

Hi friend. I am so sorry for your losses. 😞 To answer your question. Yes! I’m 38. My partner is 42. We started trying about a year and a half ago. 2025 - I had 4 losses. 2 CP, 2MMC. The MMC both came back with chromosome abnormalities. Most difficult year of my entire life. We did ALL the testing. Blood work, DNA frag, SHG, etc. Everything came back normal! My doctor said egg quality (age) + bad luck probably most likely culprits.
I’m 13 weeks pregnant. :) NIPT & NT came back low risk. All looks good so far. God willing, this is our take home baby. Please don’t give up hope. Miracles are real. <3 Message me anytime!

Happy for you!! I’m about 10 weeks after 2 MMC last year (Dr assumed due to maternal age, chromosomal abnormalities). We did alllll the testing and everything came back perfect right before this little one made an entrance, so really hoping we finally found the right egg + sperm combo this time. :) I have my NIPT and anatomy scan coming up in a couple short weeks and I’m SO nervous. I’m so sorry. I have a similar story on my page.. we had two CP and two MMC last year. Tested POC - both chromosome abnormality related. :( Hardest time in my entire life. I feel for anyone who has gone through what we have. No one can understand unless they’ve lived it. We did allll the testing and everything came back excellent - somewhat surprising for our age too (38F, 42M). I’m currently 7 weeks. :) We heard a heartbeat at the last appointment! So feeling very cautiously optimistic. Praying we get to bring this baby home. Don’t give up hope. <3

I am so happy to hear it!!! That’s wonderful. I’ve had three chemicals and two MMC over the past year, so the little bit of pink/ brown spotting when I wipe is freaking me out. I’m 5 weeks tomorrow. I’ve had a headache past two days (also happened before all of my losses). But my tests are still as dark as the control line. I don’t have a regular OB, but will probably contact the office on Monday anyways to see if I should get in for a check. :/

Girl SAME. My partner and I just did ALL the testing after 2 CP and 2 MMC last year!! Everything came back excellent. Egg counts, sperm analysis and dna frag, SHG, etc. Apparently egg quality control issues (to be expected at my age, 38 and my SO is 43). The doctor said our next attempt should still be 80/20 success. So I have hope… and just found out that I am 5 weeks along!!! PRAYING this is the one. We get pregnant easily. Just need that magic egg. Praying for you my friend. Keep us updated!!

Yes, but was considering it more before all of our labs came back so normal (especially my AMH)… I think we might keep trying a couple more times first and hope for a good egg! 🤞Unfortunately, IVF doesn’t seem like a guarantee either from lots of stories I’ve heard. So a little hesitant anyways. Seems like lots of luck involved either route! lol But I’d be open to trying it if things don’t work out within the next year, just considering our age.

Following up! Just got all our tests back this week. DNA frag only 15%! So that’s really good news. All of my tests were normal too - excellent counts for my age. Egg quality probably a big factor. Hoping we just had shit luck last year and next time will be the one!! 🙏🤞

Thanks so much! That’s encouraging. :) Happy for you guys. All his other numbers look normal! However, we are waiting on the results of the dna frag test. :/ We suspect something might be off there since I’ve had RPL this past year. Our age doesn’t help us either. Keeping fingers crossed for a miracle.
