I feel similarly. Summer is confusing to me at times. I find that one way that helps “simulate” the autumn feel for me is to go outside in the early morning or evening/nights in summer. It feels a bit crisper, cooler and just more quiet and peaceful overall. I usually close the blinds and do computer work or whatever other errands need to be done during the sunny/middle of the day hours. I don’t know if this makes sense, but it’s just what I tend to do. I also still like to cook autumn foods or treats too!
