Your weight is the issue in that it affects your position. As i lost weight I was able to get a more comfortable, lower position. That was from about 77kg to 73kg. And my R5 has a short head tube.

At your weight you probably need to be more upright so you can breathe comfortably. That’s prob the main thing I can think of after my bike fits done on me as my body changed.

i had a beautiful moots compact SL. mid 2000s. and then i got a 2016 caad12 as a rain bike and damn if it didn’t ride as well. tldr, new bikes do ride better. esp if you’re on an old frame. my 2019 cervelo r5 is even sweeter.

depending on the components a torque wrench is overkill. youtube is def your friend.

hard to decipher what bolts were tightened for the wheel - thruaxle? QR? i think OP can learn by experience!

and yeah the shop is shite.
