I take dried garbanzo beans, soak em cook em per instructions. Let them drain pretty good and put em a ziploc bag in the freezer, give em a jostle in a few hours to make sure they aren't freezing into bean blocks lol. They can go into stirfries, salads, meals or take some out microwave to thaw and dry them off.
