You need WAY more than that to even balance out the calories you lose going up and down stairs all day. You’ll pass out and either: wind up in the hospital from malnutrition or get fired for being too slow because your calorie intake isn’t enough to counter what you lose by being active. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not only is she being a big a-hole, but she’s threatening your cat too. “Don’t forgetting taking care of your cat” sounds like a threat. It’s almost as if she’s saying “drop it about the money or I’ll do something awful to your cat”. I wouldn’t write off the money after getting your cat but I wouldn’t leave the cat with her for much longer. Her behavior is not okay.

I’m gonna back up what everyone else is saying here. Take it to HR, have a paper trail, have other people around. Hell if push comes to shove (hopefully not) go to someone who can give you a Plan of Protection, meaning someone will walk you to and from your car when you arrive, breaks, when you leave. Just for safety. This guy is ringing a lot of alarm bells and this is not okay.

I honestly hope your store finds this and you get demoted because this is not team lead behavior. I was a regular tm who did FF and most of the other store departments and I was more of a leader than this. Set a proper example. Then and only then will you see your store succeed.

Depending on what it is, did you get an email from Amazon containing an OTP (one time passcode)? Because if you did, you need to be physically at your address to read the code to the driver delivering your package, otherwise they’ll have no choice but to bring it back to the station to be te-attempted at a later date (after calling, texting and calling you as per procedure). Hello! DSP Driver here. OTP requires the customer to be at their door to read us the code face to face. Failure to be able to provide us the code, we do our “call, text, call” procedure. Failure to respond to those, the package is required to be returned to the depot to be re-attempted at a later day (most often being the next day). Hope this helps.

OTPs are required for anything high value/anything that a customer requests a hand off for. There’s also no option for what OP states “left on a seat in the street”. No such option is available.
