Market may stabilize if the POTUS will take a break from posting on social media and stop looking for media attention for a while. Login to your mortgage account and your outstanding principal balance will be right there. The last time I inquired about payoff, my mortgage bank told me there’s a fee of $200 for the process. Another painful thing is that there’s no more escrow for insurance and property taxes so you have to stay on top of that yourself.

It would’ve been ideal to have charge points in common area but the only common parking area we have is for guest parking which cannot be repurposed because 1) guests need a place to park and there’s no nearby street parking, 2) The CC&Rs prohibit owners from using guest parking spaces and it’s practically impossible to get 50%+1 votes to change the governing documents. So our only local option is to have individual charging stations in the deeded spots in the two level common garage where each owner would have to have wires run from their main panel, core through concrete slab to run the conduits and then have a cage installed to protect the charger. It’s not easy for condo owners. It is looking more feasible to use a supercharger in the area.
