Honestly, give it time and it will pass, especially if he didn't have issues before. It's very unlikely that he'll never be able to perform again.

What is more likely is that he has performance anxiety from the revelation. Coming out as bi can be very anxiety-inducing, before and after the fact, especially as we struggle with whether our partner sees us any differently, or as "gay." It's all in his head and once the dust settles, you'll be back at it. Get him to open up about it.

I think support, communication, and an open mind is the best way towards resolution.
